SECURITY AND SAFETY FEATURES
In our reticulated LPG system, a high pressure regulator is installed at the LPG storage container outlet line for reducing the tank pressure of about 80 psig to 5 psig or less before entering the building. When installed as such, the regulator is the first stage regulator of the gas reticulation system
A low pressure or second stage regulator is installed downstream of the first stage regulator to reduce the 5 psig gas pressure to about 11” water column outlet pressure, which is the normal operating pressure of many LPG appliances.
The following features are installed for safety;
Leak Detection System Our reticulated system is efficient and employs a smooth working controller. To continuously sense both leakage and level of the gas. And also fast response is deployed when leakage found
Shut off valves A manual valve is used that can be closed to stop the supply of LP Gas to a heating appliance or to a building.
GAS METERING SYSTEM A gas meter is installed in a suitable position (inside or at entry point of the kitchen) that records usage of the LPG as it passes through it. Gas meters measure a defined volume regardless of the pressurized quantity or quality of the gas flowing through the meter
